Adobe Acrobat DC has some neat features for searching through scanned documents

What do you like best? I like that I am able to search through a scanned document as if it was a standard document, using the Recognize Text feature and then Edit -> Advanced Search. What do you dislike? I dislike that it takes a considerable amount of time for the Recognize Text feature to work through a document and convert it to text to make it searchable. I have a powerful computer but it only uses a fraction of the resources, and I feel it could work faster. What problems ...

Best PDF reader

What do you like best? I have been using Adobe Acrobat DC since 3+ years to read PDF files or modify them. It also allows me to convert word documents to PDF format and edit them to send reports to the clients. The best part of adobe is that they keep coming up with newer versions every year to make our life easy. What do you dislike? The cost to provide license is too high. Best PDF editor

What do you like best? It is super simple. You can drag, drop, do multiple selections, extract one or a lot of pages at the same time, etc. It has a loads of tools to make everything you want with your PDF's. In addition, you can convert your PDF to other formats like Excel and Word, which is super useful sometimes. What do you dislike? The only thing I think it could be improved a lot is the image's management. It is a bit rusty. Something more visual could improve the software. ...

Adobe Acrobat Improved look, functionality maybe not so?

What do you like best? Go to PDF view and editor. Very powerful tool for assembling business documents. Great looking interface, now with "dark mode" that saves my eyes from the bright white screen that is the only option for most programs What do you dislike? The more modern interface shifted some items around and doesn't necessarily improve functionality. I also prefer to open in individual windows which is not the default, but this is available in the preferences so this is not a ...
