What do you like best about Adaface? We were able to get the idea of candidates who are passing the test clearly and were able to shortlist them better. What do you dislike about Adaface? Creating a new test which is customized by our team is a difficult task. What problems is Adaface solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Adaface? Their ready-to-go tests are super easy to use. Our completion rates are higher than the previous vendor we use (Adaface tests are shorter so that might be a factor). They also helped me benchmark by setting the cut-off for each test to the industry standards. What do you dislike about Adaface?
