Love it!

The service is honestly really amazing. You can customize EACH APPOINTMENT individually. Breaks, color coordination, pictures for each. Everything! It’s perfect for those with a brick and mortar business or even a mobile service.10/10.

Absence of phone hotline make it…

Absence of phone hotline make it challenging to use.AT first it looked amazing, and then as I spent hours and hours of creating my appointments types etc, I found out that everyhting was very very difficult to understand, if you don't understand anything, you must send an email to their helpline but I find that they are not that helpful and it took 48 hours to get my first answer. Makes my life so much easier!

What do you like best? I love that I don't have to email or text back and forth with clients any more to schedule an appointment. They can book online, even pay online. What do you dislike? It takes time to set up appointment types and availability and all of the settings. It's not super intuitive to figure out. But once it's done it's done! I switched from a Wordpress plugin called Booked, which I enjoyed and have used for over a years, but it was missing a lot of useful features that I found in Acuity. I switched from Setmore, which I loved and have used for over 2 years, but it was missing a lot of useful features that I found in Acuity. I have been test running this booking…

I have been test running this booking system for a few months now and I'm finding it useful and efficient to use. I am not very tech savvy so surprised on how easy it was to navigate around for editing!Customer services is prompt clear and concise! I would definitely recommend anyone to use this platform.

What do you like best? It is really user friendly and is built to help small businesses grow! What do you dislike? Amazingly flexible product and even better support

What do you like best? I have been using Acuity for about 6 years now with my own coaching business as well as with some of the professional companies I have worked for. We have used it for HR interviews and recruiting, Bus scheduling, and selling classes and coaching sessions. It does an amazing job at fitting all of these business models. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I especially like the unlimited text reminders in the software. When scheduling people they automatically get a text and or an email reminder. You dont have to pay per text message or have a limit to text messages. What do you dislike? I seemed to like everything. I think the marketing could be better.
