I Love Acuity!
I think that Acuity Scheduling is one of the best platform because it easily integrates with all of my sales channels. I also love that it is easy to customize the design and block off your availability with your customers. The fact that I can also accept deposits is great as well and I would definitely recommend to any business owner.

The best part of Acuity scheduling is that it offers more relevant features than most of its competitors. Price wise, it's definitely the best in the market. Working with the platform on Acuity seems manageable as well - we plan on integrating the Acuity scheduling with our website and Acuity allows users to personalize and fetch data from existing platform such as google and stripe. Brilliant
Brilliant. Easy to use and customise. Great that it integrates with Zoom so clients can be sent a Zoom meeting ID when booking appointments. Calendar integration is fantastic.Acuity just makes everything so much easier. Can't rate highly enough!

Really great scheduling software
Really great scheduling software. Very useful tools such as the 'look busy' functionality. Integrated very easily to my wix website also.Where i think they could improve is to have the emerging entrepreneur cost a little lower for start ups. The higher price should kick in when the software detects a certain amount of appointments have been made.

I'm relatively new to Acuity but have…
I'm relatively new to Acuity but have found the customer service team really helpful with any questions I have had so far and the software is super user friendly. I also did their online workshop which made the process a lot simpler.I have since been really pleased to find out they are sister companies with squarespace the web design platform so plan to embed the calendar onto my site.

Become more productive with Acuity
What do you like best? I love that Acuity is integrated with so may other platforms we use. This has saved us enormous time and money being able to streamline our workflows! What do you dislike? Nothing, we love al aspects of the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have saved both time and money becoming more efficient with a tool that seemed to be made for us!

Could not schedule a thing on it
Could not schedule a thing on it. The user interface and manuals were not for the simple minded. I'm actually quite technical and still couldn't do it. I tried to schedule something for 4 days spend all in all around 5-6 hours and have now just given up. Not for me, Not worth the hours I'm spending being frustrated trying to sort this out . The helpline was not there. I think you have to send an email or something. Plenty of videos and I watched around 6 of them. the more I watched the ...

Love it!
The service is honestly really amazing. You can customize EACH APPOINTMENT individually. Breaks, color coordination, pictures for each. Everything! It’s perfect for those with a brick and mortar business or even a mobile service.10/10.
