Long time happy customer
Long time happy customer. So easy to navigate. I have package deals set up that my clients can buy before scheduling that they find super convenient. I love that I can set it up that a client has to enter their CC Info before scheduling & agreeing to my late cancellation & no show agreement. AMAZING scheduling software!
I've been using Acuity to schedule interviews with guests for my podcast and it is AMAZING! It saves so much time and hassle of going back and forth trying to find a different date/time that suits us both, particularly when working across different time zones! Acuity just makes it SO easy. I love that you can set regular hours that you're able to accept appointments...it's literally a case of set it and forget it!

A truly great scheduling issues tool which keeps improving
What do you like best? I want to use the Acuity Schedule. I will insert my Google Diary, Zoom . I could have urls and toggle switches added to my official site. I will submit in questionnaire survey. Sending clients in for discharge summaries, reviews, and webinar sign-ups is simple. Aside from upgrading my profile, there's nothing I need to do before my styles of appointments are reached. I have only been using Acuity…
I have only been using Acuity Scheduling for a few weeks now, but I LOVE it so much! I feel like Acuity has just answered a large part, if not all of my business issues. I was feeling so stuck with bookings and how to have an easier workflow, and Acuity has simplified this process tenfold. Great scheduling software with easy…
Great scheduling software with easy integration into a variety of products, like Wordpress google, apple calendars and so on. After starting using this solution in our 6 people team we saved more than 60h/month of clients scheduling and rescheduling time in our beauty salon. For those who aren't very tech-savvy, setting it up can seem puzzling at first.

Functional but clunky and not a great UI
What do you like best? Connects easily to Squarespace so you can advertise events on your website. I also like that you can connect another payment processor (for us it was Square) so the event payments came 1) immediately and 2) just like any other item purchase.
