The best part of Acuity scheduling is that it offers more relevant features than most of its competitors. Price wise, it's definitely the best in the market. What do you like best? I especially like the unlimited text reminders in the software. When scheduling people they automatically get a text and or an email reminder. You dont have to pay per text message or have a limit to text messages. What do you dislike? I seemed to like everything. I think the marketing could be better. What do you like best? the support team are fast and reliable. What do you dislike? The different pages and options can be a little confusing at first but you get used to it with time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you get a team to look after Acuity What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
