The best part of Acuity scheduling is…the customization and specification of every single process
The best part of Acuity scheduling is that it offers more relevant features than most of its competitors. Price wise, it's definitely the best in the market. Working with the platform on Acuity seems manageable as well - we plan on integrating the Acuity scheduling with our website and Acuity allows users to personalize and fetch data from existing platform such as google and stripe. What do you like best? Easy to use, to the point, hooks up to other apps and sends appointment reminders What do you dislike? Sometimes buggy, hard for employees to initially get the hang of Recommendations to others considering the product: use customer support if necessary What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Appointment confirmations (text + email) have saved my business

What do you like best? I especially like the unlimited text reminders in the software. When scheduling people they automatically get a text and or an email reminder. You dont have to pay per text message or have a limit to text messages. What do you dislike? I seemed to like everything. I think the marketing could be better. If you were to segment people that have not been there for X months. Or perhaps if you were able to send text marketing campaigns that would be great too. This ...

What do you like best? Easy to set up, helps to schedule appointments when people are in multiple time zones and has great features for group, memberships, etc. What do you dislike? It's not best for mental health practice because it doesn't integrate well for charting, but is great for professional consultations, trainings and meetings. All I can ever ask for in a scheduling app.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I initially chose the free version just so I can get a feel of the environment. Now I’m ready to commit to a more premium subscription! Very helpful support desk
What do you like best? the support team are fast and reliable. What do you dislike? The different pages and options can be a little confusing at first but you get used to it with time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you get a team to look after Acuity What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had no scheduler before. We now can have multiple clients automatically book in meetings.

The ability to schedule multiple different lengths of calls and have different links for each along with showing different calendars for each different "product" or time length. What do you dislike? I love what Accuity Scheduling can do, but ...
What do you like best? The ability to provide opportunities for our clients or prospects to meet with us online or in person ... or to view demos of our offering. What do you like best? A few of the main reasons I went with Acuity Scheduling is because I can create or upload my 'client intake and policy forms' directly onto their site. This is a huge help and really easy for my customers to fill out when they schedule their appointment.
