Great Scheduling Solution and Responsive Team
What do you like best? Trouble free scheduling that works well for a team of 8. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't have more control over the look and feel of the client scheduling javascript embed. Pretty tall order that one. As I don't think any competitors have a highly customizable scheduling calendar. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling for in-home personal training services.

A Lifesaver
What do you like best? Acuity Scheduling's customer service team interacts with users in a very fun, helpful way. I love the fact that the (premium scheduling tool can sync up with your calendar. But the best thing is the forms that you can create to attach to appointments. That has seriously saved me so much time. What do you dislike? Works great for our needs
What do you like best? Acuity works great for us. I like that you can create a link to schedule specific events/meeting types, set up customized forms for each one, and then see them all in one calendar. I also like that you can easily brand your calendars with your logo and select coloring. What do you dislike? I don't really dislike anything about it yet. Great Customer Experience
What do you like best? Customers have an easy time scheduling and there is a lot of data you can collect from the customer! It is easy to have access for multiple employees to access. From a user perspective, setting your own calendar is pretty easy also. What do you dislike? It does not handle different time zones well from the back end. Customers can easily schedule, but Acuity company is in EDT and can create glitches if you do not live in EST and are trying to monitor your hours. ...

Loving it so far!
What do you like best? Integrations with GCal and Square are awesome. I love that the Square subscription lets you keep cards on file, and GCal is the best scheduling software for us. The interface is easy to use as well and I like that we can require forms to be filled out, as well as taking a deposit before people can book. What do you dislike? Best calendar management app on the planet
What do you like best? Acuity has more features than any other scheduler. If there's something you want to do to make your scheduling easier, Acuity can probably do it. My favourite part though is a combination of a great smartphone app, easy to use booking forms for clients and flexibility to easily scale a team as my business grows. Such an easy set up process
What do you like best? The customization of setting up this product could not have been easier. I uploaded the logo and customized all of the meeting time and titles. I tested it out with people within the company first, and then I sent it out to a few clients to test. What do you like best? I like that I can set my availability and simply have a potential client book their times based on their individual needs.
