"Acuity makes scheduling easy and seamless!"

What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? Acuity allows students to easily book time with our tutors, it automatically connects with my google calendar and is easy to navigate. Acuity provides direct links to users to give out, it also has embed codes. In my department we have 3 tutors that work together, it is extremely easy to re-schedule students and move them to someone elses calendar when needed.

What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? Acuity is helpful in many aspects. It is the tool that we use to schedule meeting with clients and prospects. We also use it to schedule meetings internally. Easy to use!!!

Excellent Booking System!!

I've been using Acuity for 2 years and it is amazing. I can do everything I want to in terms of a booking system for clients, and whenever I need help to work out how something works, their support has always been fast, directly related to my question and really helpful. I'm really surprised to see so few reviews for them on here, and that a good number of them are critical. My own experience has been totally positive.

"Never double book again!"

What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? I love that I can create multiple kinds of appointments for my clients to choose from and that it syncs with my Google calendar so that I don't get double booked.

"Very easy to use, amazing price"

What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? Price point is better then any other software I researched for for a large team. Acuity is very easy to use for talent acquisition team. As administrator you can view full teams calenders, move interviews between recruiters. Each member has own calender and private booking link .

Excellent product

Excellent product, I have had the fee and the free versions, and Acuity Scheduling has been upfront with fees, features and feedback. I never had a problem canceling my subscription and getting my money back. The free version meets my small business needs, when I hire more people then, I will upgrade. Great product~

"Huge timesaver!"

What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? I love that I can create multiple links based on different appointment types. I no longer have to send numerous emails or have long conversations with clients or potential clients to schedule appointments.

"Integrated Systems and Processes"

What do you like best about Acuity Scheduling? I love the text messaging, reminders for both myself and my client. The paid appointment types. Also, I love integrating with my CRM for different appointment types. It allows me to segment my responses based on appointment types for better, more customized work flows.
