What do you like best? Very easy to operate and straight forward and to guide users through an expenses claim What do you dislike? Expenses attachment could be larger when viewing to examine claims. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use acubiz to handle our travel expenses and saves from a lot of paper work.

What do you like best? It's easy to manage users and process expense reports in the system. What do you dislike? We have some special requirements from our internal auditors that sometimes are difficult to work with in the system. Some personal customization has been done to comply with these requirements, but it could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Travel expenses made simple, but with all the details

What do you like best? How simple it is for the employees to use, and that travel expenses can be made on the go. On the controlling part it gives at great overview of all expenses, due to daily updates, and due to the status that is always shown for each expense. What do you dislike? When introducing Acubiz to the employees we could have used som materiel to hand out to the employees, on how to first use the app - not all employees are familiar with web-based manuals. ...

What do you like best? The new feature of bank transaction automatically matching with existing vouchers. What do you dislike? Search fuction does not keep filters when entering a transaction and going back. No possibility of exporting posting files based on periods/dates No possibility of importing data ourselves. Easy to work with

What do you like best? The easy export of files. It is very ease to export the files to the ERP which is important to have it processed quickly What do you dislike? I have had some challenges setting up the export files, it can be difficult to have the data columns numbered correctly in the ERP. Would prefer a split in the text field. Best way to handle expense notes

What do you like best? Just take a picture of the expense note and upload it in the app. What do you dislike? When you enter your mileage it doesn't have a feature for return trips. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expense notes are included with a photo or pdf file so we can follow up the expense note without delay.

Expense management with special features

What do you like best? That we had the opportunity to have tailormade dimensions What do you dislike? the sensibility of what a filename can contain What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker bookkeeping.

Easy userfriendly EMS

What do you like best? the App Acubiz One, is super good for the user. It gives the user the best overview of their transactions. What do you dislike? The roles/groups are not the best. Only 2 groups can search freely in the system, which should be spread out to more people. Easy, fast and user friendly

What do you like best? It's to use on the go, it's easy and user friendly, as an business with a lot of travelers it's perfect :-) What do you dislike? There have been some bug's with the app, some are fixed, but some are still showing.
