What do you like best about ActivTrak? It's a great place to track employee activity. It shows us how to balance workloads across departments and keep remote employees engaged.

Fraudulent consumer practices on website - stay away from this product.

The sales materials very clearly state $10 per person. You click on that option and then the total goes up to $50 becuase you have to have 5 seats minimum. If you go ahead and purchase, your bill is $600 becuase they charge you annually and DONT WARN YOU. If you try to deal with customer service, there isnt any. Their sales team is terrible and rude. They will not give refunds even if their website is MISLEADING.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? I like theTeam Pulse feature - it tells me at glance how productive my team is. I also like the screen shots so I can verify against their timesheet. I also like the Alarms that you can set, eg: USB detection, Social Media breaks etc.

I have been using Activtrak for 3 years…

I have been using Activtrak for 3 years now. It is much better than competitors. I dissect productivity, can check every 15-minut interval of every hour with main focus for this time. This is super useful. Also, a big fan of grouping. I added 3pcs into one group(1 person works on them) and see all the insights in one place. Nowhere i could find this feature.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? I am able to monitor and verify that my staff are working as per company policy. Moonlighting (employees having multiple jobs while working from home) is very common and ActivTrak has done a great job preventing this. We are able to have a screen view and see exactly if the employee is working on our project or another company's project.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? ActivTrak has really shown which employees are most productive. All of the various reports and insights have been so helpful in showing employees what could be better throughout their work day.
