What do you like best about ActivTrak? Being able to see when employees log in and out of their computers and the screenshots allow me to determine exactly what happened eleminating the need to ask employees exactly what they did.

"Peace of mind monitoring with ActivTrak for the modern remote office"
What do you like best about ActivTrak? More refined control over agent, supervisor and/or manager activity KPIs. You're ability to monitor from a remote work model (w/ ActivTrak set-up properly); essentially eliminates that need for the old-fashioned supervisor to eyeball activity. We're able to have all the data from multiple campaigns remotely from nearly anywhere in the world.

"Frustrating Renewal Issue of Activtrak"
What do you like best about ActivTrak? Nothing, the product is buggy, you cannot delete any user agent or computer agent. It says it will be deleted in 24 hours, but it never deletes in real.

Frustrating Renewal Issue of Activtrak
I had a subscription that extended for an additional year due to an automatic renewal, without in my attention. To my surprise, I received an email notification today indicating that the subscription has been renewed, but the payment was unsuccessful. However, I had no intention of continuing the subscription, as I no longer need. Unfortunately, I failed to notice their reminder email sent a month ago. "Disappointed in Service & Renewal Communication"
What do you like best about ActivTrak? Generally, we ended up not using ActivTrak very much at all. Maybe twice over the course of the year we used it for something. Maintaining all the machines and license allocations was where we spent most of our time. So maintenance rather than any effective use of the information. We basically spent time not only on the cost of the service but on internal resources on maintaining something we were paying for but not using.

"Try some other options before they lock you in"
What do you like best about ActivTrak? When it worked, the alerts were great to give you a heads up on activity that needed to be addressed and taking screenshots of the behavior. Insights (if we could have afforded them) seem like they would have been great. It was easy to launch and get put onto our employees computers.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? ActivTrak allows us to gather information about our remote workforce and how they're making use of their time. It replaces the in-office "walk-by" to see that employees are present and working on what they should be.
