"Great Productivity Tracker"

What do you like best about ActivTrak? The best part is seeing what your staff is doing. I am able to see the websites, their productivity and reports. We had a concern of our employees clocking hours but not seeing the work. Now I am able to see that they are actually working or not and let them know what areas they are excelling at and what areas they need to work on.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? The amount of options available to highlight areas of the business and the productivity. Issues are highlighted in real time and can be resolved quickly and effectively

"Great tracking software (a little too great?)"

What do you like best about ActivTrak? Completely invisible. Even IT guys can't detect that it's there running. It gives great reports on computer usage and you can customize software and websites to what you consider "work-related" and "time wasters". It is an eye opener to see how employee use their time. The screenshots have been essential in documenting an employee's wanton wrongdoing and using it as proof for their dismissal.

Useful tracking device.

PROS: Activtrak helps me be more accountable and productive. I use it mostly to make sure that the hours I render at work are the right amount. Nobody likes to be monitored, but if you’re honest, then you should have nothing to worry about.

Better than other similar solutions.

PROS: We’ve thoroughly pitted this program against other similar solutions, and decided to go with Activtrak for its wide-reach and robustness. For its price, you get far more benefits than its competition. CONS: I think I might have some ideas on how this program can still be improved on. For one, there should be a button on the dashboard that gives us a quick glance on the operations. I think that we should be assigning admins within users too--and while we’re at it, we should be allowed ...

What do you like best about ActivTrak? One of the best things is that it is integrated with so many software, like sales force, jira, MS team etc, that has helped me to easy drag and drop the data to make more clear reporting’s. I like the interface of this software which has organized and categorize the working of every employee so professional/ this tool is very user-friendly to use. Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with! We did not use Activetrack due to COVID obviously, lost employees, we never received a reminder that this was coming up. They refuse to cancel even if you tell them that you don't need the system right now, they have hidden policies, they charge your credit card without your consent! for this I say go to the competitor. They clearly don't care about customer satisfaction at all.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? It provides us with a deep data analysis, giving us the answers that we need to help our workforce and business succeed and achieve goals outlined, providing the workflow for this to happen. Their tools show us a clear picture of how work is done in the company. This knowledge that the extracted data gives us is used to analyze where it is dedicated time and how to improve less productive behaviors to boost deal.
