"Simple and just works"
What do you like best about ActivTrak? Pricing and ease of use. Simple agent install either locally or via the remote tool. Once that's done it simple to use. What do you dislike about ActivTrak?

Simply not recommended at ALLL!!
Simply not recommended at ALLL!!! credit card charged on auto renewal without any further sign up and no possibility to cancel because once charged they just don’t care and you will never get a refund back! Looked everyone in the account and there is no where you can see to remove the credit card, but still they have it once you put it in 1 time and they charge you the auto renewal without any authorization.. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Love the detailed reports!
PROS: The reports are really detailed. They plot the amount of time our workers spend on particular sites. CONS: We have to pay for a license for each PC. The amount for this quickly adds up and we can no longer afford it.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? is a powerful and intuitive tool, can collect information without you being online, allowing you to have a timely monitoring of the effectiveness of your employees.Gives a general context, with the additions of alarms related to threats of insertion of devices or prevention of information leakage, it is a fairly robust addition that allows the security area an additional layer of protection

"Love It!"
What do you like best about ActivTrak? As a undersized IT department ActivTrak takes away the the guess work of knowing where your employees are going, what they are doing and what they are sharing. Alerts are great when employees visit certain sites and is helpful for management so they can see who is overworked or who can take on more.

Buyer beware!
agree with previous reviews. Buyer beware. Free trial, then sign up. But then credit card charged on auto renewal without any further sign up and no possibility to cancel because by that point, T&Cs don't allow cancellation. No ability to easily cancel on the website without further confirming as mandatory field agree to these terms! In my opinion, one of the most ethically challenged approaches I've seen and I'll never use them, but legal in the UK for small business clients as consumer ...

Keeps me in control.
PROS: With Activtrak monitoring my employees’ Internet activities, I can make sure that I get my money’s worth from them. I can easily restrict their access on certain websites, take random screenshots of their screens, and even get a report of their efficiency levels. This may seem tyrannical, but at least I know that they are not “sleeping on the job,” as one may say.
