The program was not user friendly or helpful at all for us. I felt that it auto populated new users which made the data unusable as we were always over our users and now they want to charge us $2825.30 for a renewal for 28 users when we only have 3 full time and 2 part time employees. They are claiming there is a 60 cancellation policy when they sent us an email promising to cancel our subscription if we did not pay and we did not hoping it would be cancelled. I feel like it was a waste of ...

What do you like best about ActivTrak? ease of use and the reporting functionality is great, especially the full audit log of what has been happening on a computer. it even catches title bar data of when users are in incognito or private mode. this is extremely helpful, especially when you have setup screen grabbing and alerting when you have areas of concern that a member of staff is doing something inappropriatre.

Horrendous customer support

Horrendous customer support - I can produce evidence of all paper trails - promise things but they do not deliver - do not reply to emails and play dumb hoping silence will make you go away - abysmal documentation and explanations - expensive - do not put out of offices on when people you deal with are absent - absolute PONY!

Shady business practices

A member of our account management team contacted them trying to get information at the request of a client. This team member was sent a reseller docusign and clicked accept without reading... Good news is our multi-check process caught it when an invoice showed up. We immediately contacted them to get this sorted out with proper assessment from the GRC team. We questioned some items in the reseller agreement and ActivTrak resorted back to nothing can be changed since a deal was booked. ...

What do you like best about ActivTrak? I like that the stats are very granular yet can be rolled up as well. Easy to get an overview of a persons/teams activitiy but then with the ability to drill down in great detail where needed.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? The information being gathered is helpful and informative. I like the Coaching Insights feature which can be used to assist in identifying areas that can be improved regarding productivity.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? My favorite part of ActivTrak is being able to assess team members at any given time and be able to custom tailor the data to my needs and objectives.
