"Great Marketing Automation platform"

What do you like best about ActiveTrail? The marketing automation system is very powerful. we can create many automatized scenarios depending on the behavior of our customers. RThey have a multichannel solution (emailing, sms, whatsapp, social). I tested several solutions but Activetrail is definitely the best one. And their customer support is very responsive.

One of the best email platforms

PROS: ActiveTrail is the major email marketing platform we use, and we've been satisfied with the results so far. It's very flexible, easy to use, and has all the options we need. If something we're looking for isn't there, support is always happy to help us out.

Easy to use great for the business of getting down to business

PROS: I love how they walk you through the campaign email process step by step. I am often amazed by the adds I receive in email from other consultants and have wondered how and where they come up with such amazing graphics and verbiage. I think I might have found a way to engage my audience just a little bit more, and enough to get that target market to be more engaged in their meal time mission.

You can even submit a request for someone to call you...and they'll call within 5 minutes. Support is knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will quickly go find it. You feel like a priority when you talk to support.

ActiveTrail is a simple way to send blast emails

PROS: The best part about ActiveTrail is that it integrates with so many different platforms. I use it with my CRM, Prosperworks for streamlining leads into mail groups in ActiveTrail. Also, ActiveTrail now allows users to create landinng pages, which I think is an excellent bonus for users. I am just now exploring that side of the software and plan to begin using it in my marketing efforts as well.

PROS: Easy to use. and it's truly automated. I can schedule something to go out at 2 and not go back. unlike the workflows with Hubspot. but like I said with the technical support some didn't know their own product and hoping they just gave me wrong information. The ease and simplicity of the program makes ActiveTrail beginner-friendly and easy to master. I have no problem learning how to use ActiveTrail and teach it to my colleagues.
