A great marketing platform with exceptional customer service!
What do you like best? We are still in the process of implementing full use of ActiveDemand with our clients. However, being able to pull all analytics data into a single report provides an easy way to see all of the information in a single location has been great for us. It will be even better with providing this information to our clients. What do you like best? I switched from Act-On to ActiveDEMAND for a number of reasons. But the thing that truly separates ActiveDEMAND from all the others is their level of service and the lengths they go to ensure your company's success. What do you dislike? My only gripe is that activeDEMAND does not close the loop on customer life cycle marketing since it lacks a built-in customer loyalty or referral module.
