"Nice and Simple tool for Project management"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab? You can add all the ongoing/upcoming/completed project details in active Collab so that you and team can continuously monitor it's status, add updates and multiple tasks to keep track of it. What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? Sometimes it takes more time then usual to update the project status, it may be due to server issue, thoug it had not been observed multiple times, but sometimes it happens. What do you like best about ActiveCollab? Project Creation is easy, Task creation, and Task List Creation is easy and simple, you can get any type of reports, be it resource-based or project-based, this tool covers it all What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? "Easy to use Project Management tool"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab? Keeping all the communications in a single thread. There's no need for losing an email from a back and forth conversation. Also, the files upload are all in high resolution. What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? The timer for timetracking on each task is inaccurate. And it doesn't translate to data-driven analysis. "Useful Project Management system, with some limitations"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab? The workload view was very helpful for resource management, and the ability to switch between the kanban view and list view was helpful. The most useful area of the entire product was the timetables and users being able to easily and quickly track time towards similar or repeating tasks. What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? "A great project management system that is easy to use and easy to learn"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab? The "My Work" summary is a great way to see a summary of all the tasks you have across all projects. Good tutorials, help system, video tutorials etc. Frequent updates. Tasks and sub tasks What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? I have no issues with it yet. "Active Collab- Daily User"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab? I like how you can track your time and see what you've done. I also like how you can see the layout of your week! What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? I disklike how it is not in alphabetical order and its easy to miss tasks! What problems is ActiveCollab solving and how is that benefiting you? we have been able to solve problems with ActiveCollab by timing out tasks so we can make sure no one gets overbooked! I would say this helps with productivity.

"It's okay and functional but there are a lot of bugs"

What do you like best about ActiveCollab? I like the look. It's very modern and clean. What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? There are so many bugs. From time allocations not loading in workload view (which they took forever to roll out). When searching for a project, old and completed projects clog up the autofill results so it's hard to find what you're looking for quickly. What do you like best about ActiveCollab? The way projects are organized makes information easy to access for both internal and external partners. Tasks, discussions and notes are all clearly delineated. What do you dislike about ActiveCollab? While this is a great platform, it can be difficult to manage all of the uploaded files. Allows me to keep track of my team’s tasks and projects.

PROS: Intuitive interface and user friendly platform. My team members use this platform without an intense training. CONS: With updated version I’ve had some issues with assigning tasks to my clients. For e.g. I assign tasks to my employees and clients and lately I need to include them in subscriptions, and this is time wasting.
