This is what Great Customer Service looks like
What I really appreciate is the incredibly short response time after opening a ticket with a question. What's also a breath of fresh air is the kindness and patience of the help desk staff. They promise to solve the issue and they help fix whatever needs fixed. What's also encouraging is that they create short video's with the solution during the chat, so that I'll be able to fix it myself the next time. In all, I feel they understand the meaning of the words Customer Service.

Personalized step by step video just for my situation!
Quick response time (within 24 hrs)! I needed to authorize my domain even with the website instructions, it wasn't working for me. I am illiterate regarding the tech/web lingo so I didn't even know what to look up to try and fix it on my own. Jeison took that extra step to record a personalized step by step video walking me thru what I specifically needed to do! Without his help I would have spent all this wasted time trying to figure out on my own.

I find Active Campaign intuitive and easy to use. Support has always been able to answer my questions and solve any problems quickly and easily. Over the years the platform has become more robust, allowing for more functions to be completed through a single platform.
