"Good solution for co working spaces"

What do you like best about ActiveBuilding? It was really easy to bring new employees onto the system. What do you dislike about ActiveBuilding? The interface was a bit clunky, but not unmanageable. Recommendations to others considering ActiveBuilding: It is an all-in-one solution, which was nice. What problems is ActiveBuilding solving and how is that benefiting you? It was a really easy solution for building management. Had everything needed for employees, messaging, groups etc.

"Requires too much personal information"

What do you like best about ActiveBuilding? very user friendly to residents and staff What do you dislike about ActiveBuilding? when residents set up their reoccuring payment methods, they are asked for very personal information, such as social security #, passport number information and birthdate. any way around this?? What problems is ActiveBuilding solving and how is that benefiting you? none at the moment

What do you like best about ActiveBuilding? I like the Daily Digest. I don’t necessarily have to log into the app on a daily basis but I am still in the know on what Is happening at the community. The site is not stable as a resident and customer there are times when I don’t have the ability to pay my rent because something is broken and that can be frustrating. "Worst company I have ever done any form of business with"

What do you like best about ActiveBuilding? Absolutely nothing useless company. Extorted me for all my private info. Forced late fees on me. Strongly dislike their company and employees. Never use them unless forced. What do you dislike about ActiveBuilding? Everything. They literally do not provide anything useful and forced me to enter confidential information.
