What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On is very good, I like it because I can track my clients and their specific behavior on social networks. I have been able to train my colleagues to use it very easily, the software itself is intuitive and spectacularly fluid. Act-On contains multiple tools of integral operation specialized in communication platforms and content.

"Act-On is an AMAZING email and marketing automation vendor !"
What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On's Customer Support is UNMATCHED by any other vendor I have worked with We have had continuity with the same team for the past 7 years - something which is UNIQUE to Act-On. Other email/marketing automation vendors had revolving door customer support which was very unproductive for me, and a constant irritant.

"Love the journey builder and segmenting functionality!"
What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On is great at allowing you to segment your customer list so you can send targeted messages to a select few, which in turn increases open rates and click-through rates.I also like how easy it is to build an automated program.

What do you like best about Act-On? Excellent and easy to build journeys and automations complete with great support and training. The team at Act-On really scaffolded our squad and this has really helped us adopt and learn the new skills. This wasn't the case with all of the various firms for which we reviewed their offerings. What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On is very easy to use with an updated interface. There is a ton of functionality and flexibility within the system. Our instance is integrated with our CRM for dynamically populated segments that populate our automations.

"We LOVE Act-On!"
What do you like best about Act-On? I love so many features about Act-On! I highly recommend this company. 1) Act-On is brave enough to take on product enhancements and actually listens to client feedback. They aren’t afraid of change; they embrace it. The marketing industry is constantly changing, so I HAVE to know my vendor isn’t afraid to adapt.

The thing I like the best about Act-On marketing software is that you can send automated email workflows to people who do a number of different triggers, including form submissions, API connections from a separate CRM, and more!
