"Marketing made easier."
What do you like best about Act-On? I love creating templates that make it easy and fast to create new automated campaigns without spending too much time building everything from the ground up. For example, combining all our CRM lists into one streamlining creating a mailing list each time a news blast needs to go out.

"Easy to Use and constantly improving."
What do you like best about Act-On? ActOn is affordable for small companies. It is easy to use and you can use it and the basics or go indepth with the product. I like the learning center as well. If I need to answer a question, I can go there first and usually find my answer.

What do you like best about Act-On? It's really robust! The reporting is helpful; the ability to do multiple things from forms to website tracking to automation is beneficial.

"Best Decision to Change to Act-On"
What do you like best about Act-On? The upsides of using Act-On are the ease of setting up automation campaigns, a better design experience than Pardot or Hubspot which our designer is thankful for, easy to learn and use, excellent landing page creation tools, the integration into our Sugar CRM was fantastic, and as a team of 2, I feel like Act-On is there behind the scenes and ready to help if I need the help and produces smart/actionable webinars.

"Acton has more than you realize"
What do you like best about Act-On? The tools are easy to understand and content is easy to find. Love the journey mapping and integration to our CRM (Salesforce). We also engaged their professional services staff when we wanted to get more complex in our drip campaigns. I highly recommend action. In a recent situation, suddenly our soft bounces increased 10x. Turned out to be an issue on our side beyond our control but Acton was quick to act, talk us through the steps and recommendations. ...

"Best Onboarding Team"
What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On has been an amazing feature added to our Credit Union. We are able to communicate more effectively with our members. The process of set-up was so easy and that was because Act-On has an aamazing onboarding team. They walked us through everything from creating an email to the technical side. We couldn't be more pleased!

I can track people who engage easily
PROS: It has a website prospector that allows me to see the people looking on our website. It also allows us to see who is reading the emails we sent. This allows us to focus our time on customers who are actually engaging with our products. When we have marketing campaigns, this is a great tool to use to track the performance of the campaign. I recommend this tool for people who want to keep their customers engaged with their products and services.
