What do you like best about Act-On? The platform is robust, easy to use from marketing users and allows you to integrate multiple tools like D365 and Gotowebinar while automation journeys are certainly the best feature! They update the features according to roadmap and are reasonable in pricing.

What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On offers a full Salesforce integration--with Account Based Marketing, integration with campaigns and campaign members, etc. This is unusual for any MA's other than the top of the line providers. I believe their offering matches Pardot, Marketo, and others.

"Robust e-marketing platform"
What do you like best about Act-On? Act-on is an easy to use marketing program from start to finish. Just place your text and images and you have a beautiful campaign in a few easy steps. I also like that they do a great job of listening to feedback. They have an advisory board, and conduct regular surveys to make sure they're staying on track with clients and ahead of trends.
