What do you like best about Act-On? All marketing automation platforms fundamentals are similar so the short answer is the Act-On technical support gives me confidence and peace of mind. We have encountered a few wrinkles along the way and the Act-On technical support staff is always pleasant to work with, ultra responsive, and easy to get ahold of. They have ironed out some unique situations we've stumbled upon along our journey.

"Acton has more than you realize"
What do you like best about Act-On? The tools are easy to understand and content is easy to find. Love the journey mapping and integration to our CRM (Salesforce). We also engaged their professional services staff when we wanted to get more complex in our drip campaigns. I highly recommend action. In a recent situation, suddenly our soft bounces increased 10x. Turned out to be an issue on our side beyond our control but Acton was quick to act, talk us through the steps and recommendations. ...

"Best Onboarding Team"
What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On has been an amazing feature added to our Credit Union. We are able to communicate more effectively with our members. The process of set-up was so easy and that was because Act-On has an aamazing onboarding team. They walked us through everything from creating an email to the technical side. We couldn't be more pleased!
