What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On helps you with dynamic tools to make your automated email campaigns come to life. If there is something in your email campaign that is more complex than what is given to you, Act-On will look into it for you and see if they would build it out for you. They want their customers to succeed in their marketing efforts and will look for many ways to optimize your account too.

"Amazing Customer Service!"
What do you like best about Act-On? The team is amazing and they are always available to help. I chose Act-On over other providers because I wanted an account team to help us as needed. The software is really easy to use. Making edits, duplicating emails and managing our contact lists has been really intuitive and helped our business grow.

What do you like best about Act-On? What I like best is you can always call support for help, day or night, and someone who is very competent answers the phone and solves the problem or teaches you how to achieve your goal.

"Act On has some great tools that have helped us dive into new marketing methods and processes."
What do you like best about Act-On? The user experience makes learning new things within the tool pretty easy, and also makes daily tasks and processes easy to work with. Also, the email composer is solid - it's pretty easy for me to build an email based on the vision I have in my head.

What do you like best about Act-On? The software is too good so, the features are, i.e., Auto Responders, Behavior Tracking, Benchmarking, Campaign Analytics, Customer Surveys, Customer Segregation, Drag & drop, Email Alerts, Historical Reporting, pipeline Reports, Real-time Analytics, etc. and many more and the best is their dashboard.

What do you like best about Act-On? I love creating templates that make it easy and fast to create new automated campaigns without spending too much time building everything from the ground up. For example, combining all our CRM lists into one streamlining creating a mailing list each time a news blast needs to go out.

What do you like best about Act-On? ActOn is affordable for small companies. It is easy to use and you can use it and the basics or go indepth with the product. I like the learning center as well. If I need to answer a question, I can go there first and usually find my answer.
