Not a happy bunny
What do you like best? The idea of what ACT! can do. In principle the idea is great, when actually implementing the software it fails to deliver at every step. What do you dislike? Nothing is easy, ACT! you can quite easily swallow days or even weeks of precious time with no return. What do you like best? ACT! is a good CRM (Contact Relationship manager) By entering your contacts and their company, you can keep good notes on your activity with a contact at a customer. What do you dislike? I believe ACT! fails to be a good sales tool. On the surface it has all the components, but everything is driven form the contact. What do you like best? There is not much I like about this program other than it is somewhat affordable for small to medium businesses. In the age of web based programs, Act is light years behind. ACT! Is good for sole practitioner of PR
What do you like best? I like having multiple databases, keeping track of conversations and to-dos to keep sales process moving forward. What do you dislike? Very useful
ACT! Is a great addition to our office, we have been using it for many years. It proves to be extremely helpful, especially that all computers link up with one another on the shared programme. ACT! customer care is next to none, the best customer care I have ever dealt with. Recommend
