ACT! Is a great addition to our office, we have been using it for many years. It proves to be extremely helpful, especially that all computers link up with one another on the shared programme. ACT! customer care is next to none, the best customer care I have ever dealt with. Recommend

Act! is the hub of my business
What do you like best? Act! enables me to keep all information about customers, prospects, colleagues and vendors in one place and manage them easily. I also really appreciate the reminders - no more having to remember to call someone back! What do you dislike? Aside from some small things, the only thing I don't like is that I haven't taken the time to learn more about what Act! can do and how I can do it. Let ACT! make your life easier
What do you like best? One place to keep track of all your contacts, send emails, letters, campaigns, notes, tasks, organized, easy and never lost data. What do you dislike? Not the easiest to customize, but nothing is life is easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All the issues I have had with ACT have been resolved with the technical team.

A great tool to my business
What do you like best? I like it that you have to take action on all tasks and to do's you can reschedule if needed and delete them but then you just kidding yourself What do you dislike? I don't really dislike anything however getting to grips with some of the new features when adding them can be a bit time consuming What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Act ensures that any enquires and actions required are done when required

What do you like best? Flexible organization of all my contact history and ease of access Also, immediate and excellent tech support whenever I call What do you dislike? Difficult to customize layout of the screen I use most often What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can group and organize all my contacts regarding genealogy; notes; attachments.

ACT! is great contact management software!
What do you like best? ACT! is user friendly, robust, easily handles data and manipulation and helps keep me in close contact with my client base. Have used it for years, since the training was on cassette tape, and rarely had any problems with the software or updates. What do you dislike? Great program
Great program, especially the Pro version. use it in the office, on the phone, all over. Very simple and on site - not cloud based so no one else has your data.
