Act! CRM
Act! is the main software we use to run our company. We track all of our interactions and communications with our clients, prospects and vendors in our centralized Act! database. Act! integrates seamlessly with our Outlook email and even sync's the Act! calendar with the Outlook calendar. We also integrate it with our phone system for caller ID screen pops and dialing.

ACT!'s Sr technicians redeemed their reputation
Glad to say that a Sr Tech contacted me after seeing my review and worked with me for a couple of weeks to figure out the problems with the program. Even though he was not immediately familiar with the issues, he scheduled follow up calls giving him time to research the problems. After several meetings, it looks like he may have fixed everything. "ACT is very customizable and the representatives are always helpful"
What do you like best about Act!? The title say it all. I can customize my layout to no end. When I do have an issue and get to customer service, they are always pleasant and helpful. What do you dislike about Act!? There are some functions I cannot do from a remote database, and some I cannot do from the web verson. What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you? I store a lot of information about our customer base. The sorting (look-up) functions are really helpful.

Clear flexible CRM without unnecessary complexity
I am an Act! user for decades already. And it is still unbeatable when used in most situations, where complexity often isn't always much of an ally. O yes, I know all about the recent developments in the CRM world. But in my situation I still prefer Act! It has all the flexibility I need and it is very clear, without any unnecessary complexities. So for me, still triple A for Act!

ACT Was Great
Act! really changed the way we communicate with our clients. The automation capabilities enabled us to send personalized email campaigns but without a person having to remember to do it each time. This has enabled us to improve our productivity, and we can now handle more client requests without sacrificing quality or spending lots of time on manual tasks. Act! helped us make the most of our resources (people & time) and has become an invaluable tool to our business.

"30+ year user of ACT! Works great for my Recruiting Firm"
What do you like best about Act!? Currently on Act! Version 25.0.376.0, Update 3, and easiest version ever to use. Fast, great response when running queries. I rely on Act! and have used it just about every business day since 1992. Easy to enter data, keep track of my schedule, conduct mail merges, very easy to customize the user interface, and generate reports for my business processes. "Great end user experience in this platform"
What do you like best about Act!? The product is easy to intregate with our existing software. The customer care executives are very fast to solve the problems. What do you dislike about Act!? The subscription packages are little expensive. What problems is Act! solving and how is that benefiting you? They are providing a well structured platform for the end users. It helps to acquire new customers and it is easy for beginners like me.

"Can't live without this program."
What do you like best about Act!? Everything is in one place. Contact info, email & text communications. calendar/appointments. the program keeps me on schedule with all the information I need. If I need fields that are not in the program, I can add them, do surveys, automate grouping, etc. After using ACT! for more than 30 years, I can easily say, "I wouldn't want to work without this program."
