Horrible support!

I purchase the product and it worked for one use. Now it cannot read my disk sub directory and there is nowhere to contact support. It keeps asking me to register but has no link. It will not recognize my serial number even though I bought it for the current version. Horrible support with no chat, phone or email options. I am never buying another Acronis product again!

Thank you to Acronis professionals

Yippee! My backup issues were resolved. All is working fantastic. Huge kudos to the professionals at Acronis for sticking with me and tracking the fix action progress. Acronis even reached out to another vendor to consider some changes to their application update that may have caused problems. I believe that fixed the problem. I give high praise to the Acronis professionals. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

True Image is back :o)

Bravo !!! We have good old "Acronis True Image" back. I have been using this software for 10 years. When the company decided to incorporate cyber protection, things started to malfunction, especially on laptops. Unexplainable slowness and hours of trying to understand which services to deactivate to find what we use the software for: "Making backups". Nag pop-up adverts cannot be switched off

With release of the 2024 product my True Image 2020 has a nag pop-up advertisement for it. There is no way to stop this. I logged a support case and this is response: " As I verified the pop up, I would like to inform this pop is to all existing perpetual license holder in order to give them a chance to upgrade to the latest perpetual license. Paid and get constant pop-ups, never again.

I did not buy this to constantly have pop-ups nag me to buy a perpetual license. On what planet is it OK for me to buy your app and then you get to nag me with no ability to disable. Pressing the exit button at top right of notification does not stop the repeating of the spam notifications.

Support is non existent

No support. They won't respond your forms sent using their website. Software is buggy. It's supposed to be already under QA before release but still is being distributed. The money is spend. You expect at least some support if you probe there is an deep issue with their product. Product tested in 3 professional DAWs, in none it works. The evidence was sent. No contact. Finally the option to disable protection

Finally, Acronis has decided to give the option to customers to disable their protection processes. I used to love the good old "Acronis True Image" for its stability and performance. Acronis is great!

I use Acronis CyberProtect Home Office to back up my computer to a USB drive. It functions flawlessly. I recommend paying the $15 to have their professional install it. Now I have it doing a full backup followed, for the next five days by an incremental backup, and then repeating the cycle. Works great: I highly recommend it.

Good Backup Program, Poor/Boorish Customer Service

I have been using Acronis True Image 2019 to back-up my pc to a Drobo for more than 5 years, with never a problem. The software worked, and no complaints... until today.
