Yippee! My backup issues were resolved. All is working fantastic. Huge kudos to the professionals at Acronis for sticking with me and tracking the fix action progress. Acronis even reached out to another vendor to consider some changes to their application update that may have caused problems. I believe that fixed the problem. I give high praise to the Acronis professionals. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

True Image is back :o)

Bravo !!! We have good old "Acronis True Image" back. I have been using this software for 10 years. When the company decided to incorporate cyber protection, things started to malfunction, especially on laptops. Unexplainable slowness and hours of trying to understand which services to deactivate to find what we use the software for: "Making backups".
