I have been with acorns for over three…

I have been with acorns for over three years now and have not had any problems. The app is easy to navigate and has tons of helpful information. One time I needed to remove some money I followed their process and had no problems at all. Thank you Acorns.

I was no longer interested in using…

I was no longer interested in using their service. Totally unnecessary company. Using literally any other company service would be a better experience than this product.
 I make excellent and insured profits with Unlock Asset. Check them out.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Takes forever to get your money, they will not cancel your account (been seeing a pinwheel for over an hour; timed me out and now I'm restarting). The page says, closure in progress, but times out....been on hold for 30min, they hung up on me. Now I'm retrying. So effing mad

Acorns is NOT trustworthy!

I’ve been using Acorns for 3 years now and will be closing all of my accounts as soon as they determine if they are going to issue me a refund for a disputed transaction or not. I cannot believe how horrendous the customer service has been. I haven’t had to ask them for any help with anything until today, and by chat and by phone, the customer service representatives have been nothing but dismissive, rude, and incompetent. So far so good

So far so good. It’s been 6 months and easy breezy. I have direct deposit, my account is attached to other bank accounts for my round ups. Some of the reviews site hidden fees, but I think they must be hidden really well, or I just read what I was getting into and not surprised when I was charged a fee that I was expecting to be charged. Over all really happy. I would certainly recommend acorns to anyone wanting to passively invest money. Super convenient

Nothing you gain by stealing from…

Nothing you gain by stealing from others, they made me invest and disable my account with all my funds in it. Reporting to Strategicsfox. was the best choice I made.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Had a problem with them locking me out of my account after I transferred a substantial deposit into my checking account. After waiting on hold for over an hour on 2 separate occasions, I was told that I need to do a three way call with my bank to verify authentication. Acorns never had a problem with my roundups from the same bank, now they lock me out for depositing money???? Doesn't make sense. After speaking with three different reps, I still don't have ...

This is some of the worst customer…

This is some of the worst customer service or shall I say lack of customer service. I sent 3 emails regarding the site and I got the standard it takes 3 to 5 business days to reply, well that never happened. But i did get an email asking how well the person did . I can't answer when I never dealt with anyone. My advise use an actual investment company that has an office at least you can speak to someone and not be given lame excuses of why they don't help.
