"Easy to use!"
What do you like best about Achievers? Achievers is easy to use for our employees and overall the platform is intuitive. Being able to customize which fields are included in reports is great for our admins. Our customer success manager has been really helpful in answering questions and providing updates on new features.

"Best Customer Service & Great Platform"
What do you like best about Achievers? CUSTOMER SERVICE - There are resources for self-help, a very responsive support team (timely and truly helpful), and the Customer Service Manager I work with is beyond expectation. We meet once per quarter and she always follows through with addressing requests and questions in a timely manner. She is pleasant to work with, and always puts excellence forward. There is a lot of trust with the team that supports our rewards platform.

What do you like best about Achievers? What I like most about the acheivers platform is the ease of use. It is a very straight forward process to recgonize employees as well as administer the program.

What do you like best about Achievers? It is really simple to use and makes it simple to recognize and appreciate others. Our adoption rates have increased thanks to their personalized efforts, and the customer service we've had has been outstanding. Our success manager consistently goes above and beyond to assist us.
