"It's an easy to use platform that provides a place of positive impact."
What do you like best about Achievers? I like how employess can easily use the platform to highlight success, thank a co-worker or celebrate together. It has a great collection of communication pieces to use all year, which is helpful to reference and use to communicate to employees. Our Customer Success Manager does a wonderful job providing details on platform performance, shares knowledge of upcoming campaigns/promotions, and always helps with any questions or concerns.

"Great Experience with 2023 Implementation and Launch"
What do you like best about Achievers? Achievers has been well-received by our employee population since launching in June 2023. Implementation was smooth and the post-implementation support has been great - we have weekly meetings with our Client Service Manager and customer service is easy to get ahold of if needed. Administratively Achievers platform is easy to use, intuitive, reporting is straightforward, and the user experience is positive.

What do you like best about Achievers? We have an amazing CSM and always goes the extra mile for our team to support our requests and needs. We are very thankful to have such a dedicated and supportive CSM in our corner and to answer all our questions both big and small! We also feel that their customer support team is always on point! They are friendly, quick to support and help to support in anyway they can! Way to go team!

"Great recognition platform"
What do you like best about Achievers? Achievers provides a great platform which allows us to maintain employees engagement, and helps us to really instore recognition as part of the Company DNA. Our employees love to use it and to recognize each others. There's as well great support from our CSM and the whole support team, who are always there ensure all works well, and that we have all we need to make the platform visible through campaigns. This is a real great tool that I recommend.
