Acculynx

What do you like best? My favorite part about Acculynx is the user friendliness. It is an extremely powerful tool, however it remains largely user friendly. I think the interface is beautiful, as well. What do you dislike? I wouldn't say "dislike, but I wish reports were more customizable. For example, being able to pull reports for all leads that were "inspections," or "insurance." Or tracking closing rates of all leads that were "inspections." I also wish Recommendations to others ...
