An LMS with Many Features, Great Support and a Reasonable Cost

What do you like best? The support. I feel like I can work quickly and effectively and get help when I need it. I work with the same support engineers every week so they know who we are and how we are creating this training solution. This means I don't have to re-explain myself every time and can work quickly and effectively. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This product is very versatile and many aspects can be customized to fit specific needs. Their entire staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. What do you dislike?
