Clear and engaging training
Matt covered all aspects of the training clearly and made it easy to follow. He paused frequently to check I had no questions and was generally engaging in his approach.

Efficient Resolution of PeopleHR Holiday Approval Issue
I had an issue with PeopleHR where I had accidentally deleted a rule that meant holidays were being auto-authorised without approval from managers. Mohammed quickly and efficiently resolved our issue and was very helpful in guiding me through this process. Very happy with the service
