"Nothing falls through the cracks with Accelo"

What do you like best about Accelo? I love how powerful and flexible Accelo is. It's a really good hub for running the business -- everything is tracked between CRM, sales, projects, invoicing, timesheets...it's great, and has saved me a ton of time in the administrative process of accounting for accountability during projects, and just making sure nothing falls through the cracks at all.

Everything we need is all in one place

PROS: With Accelo everything is all in one place: CRM, Email, Project Management, Support Ticketing, Invoicing, etc. It also integrates well with our other tools (Xero, MailChimp). Even when there isn't an integration there is the API which covers 90% of the product. Interface is clean and easy to use, although it has a bit of a learning curve. Support is also responsive whenever we need help.
