With Accelo everything is all in one place: CRM, Email, Project Management, Support Ticketing, Invoicing, etc. It also integrates well with our other tools (Xero, MailChimp. It does a lot, but I only use a little

What do you like best? I mostly use this for creating issues and tickets, it does that mostly well and the customer support is awesome with frequent updates. What do you dislike? A lot of little settings like changing the date on an issue is simply non existent. There are a lot of feilds that may or may not be necessary that have to be filled before doing a lot of things. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Accelo has helped our firm standardize our workflow on tax work through its project feature or retainer custom workflows. It has also automated some tasks that would have usually required a manual follow up. Helps manage my own tickets while keeping tabs with my team's progress

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Accelo, I can manage my own tickets while also being able to track my teams progress as well. The automation features has really helped us cut down on time spent on writing responses and helps to deliver good service to our end-users. Accelo allows all of my work to be fed into me online with everything i need in one place such as task descriptions, timeframes, attachments, correspondences, stakeholders, and links to overall project details. What do you like best? After evaluating Zoho, Trello and a few other systems, we decided on Accelo to manage projects, billing, clients, and quoting. It's had about 90% of the things we expect; the other 10% we've either had to find work-arounds or figure out a new way of doing things. What do you dislike?
