Great ticketing system

What do you like best? You have everything you need in one place. You can take care of customers tickets with ease. Superb and simplistic

What do you like best? I thoroughly enjoy that you can track time, select who you want to review your work in a ticket, it is simple to use and very easy to understand, the top nav has been working well and i enjoy seeing how i am doing and that i can also view it and senior management. Supports working life so efficiently

What do you like best? I like been able to be able to see all my daily/weekly tasks and been able to plan for the week ahead. The option to be able to send tasks to others within the team makes this a must for large teams.
