Accelo is a powerful sales and project management software, with some slight usability issues.
What do you like best? I like that Accelo can help you budget for a project while breaking down your budget into digestible milestones and individual tasks. Much more up-to-date PSA for our IT Services Business (MSP)
What do you like best? We use many of the features of Accelo ServOps platform, including the brilliant Retainer Module. The Sales module is also great allowing us to manage our sales operations efficiently. The integrations with our other service tools are valuable for efficiency too. What do you dislike? In fact, it is so fully featured that we may be months from using it to its fullest after using it for a year. A single software that does the work of 3-4 applications
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Accelo does what used to take 3-4 different apps to accomplish. I can create client listings, store important files and communicate with clients, as well as create and manage projects, assign tasks, and create tickets to better serve my clients.I don't have to bounce between applications anymore. What do you like best? It is an excellent time tracking and project managing software. I find my work more organized and my time tracking a lot easier.
