What do you like best? I like the integration with Google Calendar and my ability to look at my capacity with my meetings included. What do you dislike? A User Friendly Time and Task Management System

What do you like best? I enjoy the time tracking feature the most. I like being able to set timers as well as use "daily time sheet" to manage my daily time and see how I divide my time among different clients and internal responsibilities. What do you dislike? I wish the default task screen could be set to a filter rather than "all tasks" and then clicking into the filter. This can often make the platform glitchy and take up extra time. Great system for businesses to keep track of what is going on

What do you like best? Keeping track of payroll, tickets, and projects is awesome in Accelo. Not having to double enter invoices and purchases as they auto-sync with Xero. And the biggest integration with google g-suite means we don't miss emails from clients. What do you dislike? It is sometimes difficult to figure out how workflows work for our team. What do you like best? The ability to automate and create triggers, as well as their project management capabilities. What do you dislike? Integration with Ninja could be better than it currently is, although this is likely a limitation on Ninja's side. All communication and tasks in one place so I can see what's happening in real-time across the business What do you dislike? reporting is not great and I can't customize screens What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? streamlining proposal to SoW to signature to project creation to task creation to billing the client. What do you like best? It's very flexible. The amount of custom fields and the expansive API open up many, many possibilities. Although I wouldn't say the software is simple to use, for the complexity they do seem to make it relatively easy to build automations. What do you dislike? The mobile app could use significant work.
