What do you like best? The Sales Component of Accelo is great. We manage 100's of sales at the same time. We can keep track of of the sales cycle efficiently with out having to print anything out. Great solution for bringing all of our prospect and project management together
What do you like best? Having all of our leads and project management in one place allows us to follow through relationships with prospective and current clients, right from the initial contact to project delivery and follow up. What do you like best? I like that Accelo combines almost all facets of my business in one application. Not only do I get CRM & sales capability, I also get job/task tracking, project management, support ticketing, and billing! Accelo - The best CRM so far
What do you like best? I have tried many, many CRM's before but Accelo has proved the one that provides all the different elements that I require to run my business. The setting up and importing my client data is straightforward and it has all the 3rd party integrations you could hope for. I now have true insight into how my business is performing. What do you like best? I like Accelo because it's a great and flexible tool for managing projects and the progress of those projects. What do you like best? Integrations with emails and Gmail is what I appreciate more. What do you dislike? No availability of future task reminders. One stop - covers all of your bases
What do you like best? I really like the fact that you can have all of your management features under one roof. It's so helpful to be able to have all of the core 'mechanics' together. I also like there are multiple ways to get the information you are looking for and manage the in-coming and out-going information. What do you dislike? I dislike the client area.
