Easy and Powerful

What do you like best? The platform is easy to use but also powerful. What do you dislike? Because there are so many options, sometimes the reporting features can be confusing. It's a good and bad thing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're using Absorb to roll out training's with our partners. SSO integration will prove valuable as we expand.

Easy to launch, easy to use

What do you like best? We use Absorb to deliver trainings to a variety of clients, both internationally and domestically. I love how easy it is to create custom branding for each client. Launching courses is pretty quick and easy as well. What do you dislike? Built in assessments are pretty limited. Reporting set up can be cumbersome, but once set up, it's easy to have them go out automatically. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure the reporting and built ...

Great for scaling training

What do you like best? My favorite part about Absorb LMS is how easily customizable it is to our specific needs. I also like how easy it is to set up meetings with our representative at Absorb to answer my questions. Finally, I like the tracking offered as to the progress of my users- I need to be able to see how far everyone is with their learning. What do you dislike? I dislike the reporting system- I wish theywere more highly customizable and more user friendly. I wish there was a ...

Needs improvements

What do you like best? I like that absorb has most of the features needed for an LMS but lacks the ability to customize to feature. What do you dislike? no mobile app, the user interface needs improvements, Assessment and survey templated or layouts are outdated at least there should be a few templates to change the graphics of assessments and surveys. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? soft skills and technical training are managed ...

Solid LMS for Corporate Use

What do you like best? The ease of building courses and managing users as an admin is fantastic. It takes no time to create a new course or train a new team member on how to use the back end of Absorb. What do you dislike? There are a few quirks that make things more difficult than they need to be. For instance, you can not set permissions for folders/categories, you can only set them for individual courses and resources. Also, most availability rules are only inclusive rather than ...

Overall a Great Platform for a Business LMS

What do you like best? Course admin and setup is intuitive and easy to train new team members on. It's also awesome to be able to brand the LMS. End users don't know "Absorb" they know "N2 University". What do you dislike? I would like a little more control over the way courses and resources display (only in alphabetical order. The search feature in the Catalog needs improvement. Recommendations to others considering the product: A great choice if you want to brand the interface. Easy ...

Absorb: Great for brand personalization

What do you like best? Since our elearnings are branded and we are focused on brand pride. We were able to personalize our elearning site, organize lessons based on due dates and topics and create reports on lesson completion. What do you dislike? We have had some issues with uploading different file types into our document library. This has been something that creates delays in our coaches being able to access the materials needed for our weekly trainings. Supervisors also then don't ...
