Very little, the mercury module really meets our needs Recommendations to others considering the product: Great onboarding team that made it very easy for us to launch. A powerfull and user friendly LMS
What do you like best? That LMS is super user friendly. And if something goes wrong anyway, the customer support is fast, effective, and sympathetic, which is always a + ! What do you dislike? The fact that the technical team is in Canada only (and so when you are in Europe, a problem needed to be resolved step by step must take a lot of time (wait for 12 hours for each response to a question). Just a fantastic LMS and company
What do you like best? When I first started sourcing LMS's, I asked Absorb why they didn't have performance or succession modules. Their reply was 'no one's built the perfect learning platform yet, so we're going to keep working on that.' I loved that response. Out of the box, it does exactly what an admin needs it to do. Absorb has been the best LMS I've worked with so far!
What do you like best? I like having the ability to set up the look/feel of our LMS. We have a lot of functionality and ability to be creative and make the LMS look like our companies own page. A great LMS!
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can fully manage my system without needing IT’s intervention or Absorb support. What do you dislike? I wish the reporting was a little more robust but otherwise I am very satisfied. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Delivering and tracking training for employees, dealers and end users.

Easy to launch, easy to use
What do you like best? We use Absorb to deliver trainings to a variety of clients, both internationally and domestically. I love how easy it is to create custom branding for each client. Launching courses is pretty quick and easy as well. What do you dislike? Built in assessments are pretty limited.
