What do you like best about Absorb LMS? I'm going to be honest and say that while I like the system, it's just like every other LMS I've worked with, but it's the outstanding helpdesk and personal service that I have received. I've worked with various LMS systems for over 30 years and they all have their pluses and minuses, but getting help when you need it most is what's important. Absorb provides that! Just to call them out, Caitlyn Tran is amazing and is always ready to get me out of trouble!
