Great product with poor support and setup

Seems a great product, though no support or response after numerous chasing. Been threatened and racially abused through this portal and have reached out the them a number of times. I was informed a 30 day response time, no one communicates or follows up. My local Police have tried and again no response from the About me team.

Did not delete my account after more then 10 requests. Only automatic replys on email that they reply in 30 days but never a reply Very bad company
