During implementation, I was able to customize the fields I needed and the A1 team was very patient and helpful in making suggestions to better adapt my old process to the new software. What do you like best about A1 Tracker? The system is easy to use with the claim portal. A simple 1 page claim form with everything on it that we need to add, edit, update a claim, add costs, and documents.
