What do you like best about 800.com? Had more search results than competitors What do you dislike about 800.com? Nothing to dislike, everything was simple to setup What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed to unify all of our offices and get a vanity toll-free number to work with Google Voice. Everything was easy to setup and is working perfectly.

"Effortless functionality"
What do you like best about 800.com? Easy to set up and use. No lag in call forwarding. What do you dislike about 800.com? I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? 800 allows us to filter calls to correct person by setting up multiple call tress.

What do you like best about 800.com? It is so easy to work with 800.com platform What do you dislike about 800.com? The only downside, as a Canadian company, i would like to see a fixed charge in the Canadian dollar. Instead of a US dollar charge. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have any problem; the tech support is excellent.

What do you like best about 800.com? The customer service is amazing. 800.com staff are all about finding the best solution for you to get what you came for...everything! That has been my experience. What do you dislike about 800.com? No complaints so far. I have had an issue here and there and it has been cared for. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? My brand, My name, My toll-free number...Love it.

"Excellent solution for buiness"
What do you like best about 800.com? It has all the necessary voicemail tools without the bells/whistles and reliability issues of other solutions - for example Ring. What do you dislike about 800.com? The service works well, not aware of any issues. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Routing low-volume business calls - most of our customer interactions are done via email/text.

What do you like best about 800.com? Excellent customer service, and and ease of using the portal. What do you dislike about 800.com? None so far, nothing is missing, they have provided everything necessary. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, ability to offer toll-free numbers to my clients.

What do you like best about 800.com? Very easy for people to contact me, and the number routes to my existing phone. What do you dislike about 800.com? I'm not sure if there is an app, but I would like to be able to check statistics and reports on my phone. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to have a single number as point of contact for existing and potential clients is key to making it easy for them to reach me.
