"Hard to setup, works, but sort of pricey"

What do you like best about 800.com? Now that it is all setup and working, I don't have many complaints. Works well and has a good app for your phone to check messages and make and receive calls. What do you dislike about 800.com? My account was held up for over a week for verification. Texting (SMS) still doesn't work but I didn't need that feature.
