"Hard to setup, works, but sort of pricey"
What do you like best about 800.com? Now that it is all setup and working, I don't have many complaints. Works well and has a good app for your phone to check messages and make and receive calls. What do you dislike about 800.com? My account was held up for over a week for verification. Texting (SMS) still doesn't work but I didn't need that feature. What do you like best about 800.com? Exactly what we wanted, other services were not capable of customizing our number to this extent. What do you dislike about 800.com? Sometimes personalized voice-mail greetings use bot. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We are now 3 people and we needed a central place for one number with individual capabilities as well. We all have access to everything. What do you like best about 800.com? Very easy to use, and dashboard is straight forward. What do you dislike about 800.com? Really no downsides to 800.com. Everything works fairly seamlessly. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to track call trends after hours.

What do you like best about 800.com? I really like that I can receive TEXT MESSAGES, and I was able to tailor my 800 phone number to my business name EPIC. Whenever I have a question or concerns in CHAT I receive a quick response to my email. What do you dislike about 800.com? What do you like best about 800.com? I love the fact that my number is directly connected with my brand. What do you dislike about 800.com? I like everything about 800.com. I was able to obtain the number I wanted for my law firm. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to have a number that goes hand in hand with my brand.

What do you like best about 800.com? I really enjoy the text feature. It keeps my business & personal texts separate. What do you dislike about 800.com? I haven't yet found a "dislike" when using the service.. Recommendations to others considering 800.com: Just give it a go!
