"Very simple to use and set up."

What do you like best about 800.com? Having an automated call service with the ability to set up extensions. Adds a professional look to my small business. What do you dislike about 800.com? I honestly dont have anything negative to say. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a call service that fits the budget was the perfect fit for my start-up

What do you like best about 800.com? I love that you can put different types of words or numbers and they find you something that will work. I never knew there were so many different types of 800 number prefix's. Once you sign up the website is really easy to use, there are many options to forward or answer the calls its awesome. What do you like best about 800.com? Using 800.com to help our marketing campaign was easy to set up and no delay. The features were better than expected. What do you dislike about 800.com? There are some downsides to using 800.com, the reports are easily generated and the features are straight forward. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? No issues at this time.

What do you like best about 800.com? It was very easy to get set up and go with the number. Excellent interface that is very intuitive and quick to navigate. Also, like how you can add voicemails that sound very professional and are easy to edit and adjust for business hours. "More flexibility than I first thought."

What do you like best about 800.com? We first only needed to front our local number with an 800 number, this worked perfectly. I then needed a number with specialized routing for an IT on-call, to my surprise they had many of the features I needed to accomplish this project. Also, the price for services is where it needs to be. What do you dislike about 800.com? I need to change call routing based on "days/weeks of the month" and currently can do by time and day.
