"Reliability and Functionality!"
What do you like best about 800.com? The system has never gone down in my 3yrs of working with them. I have not experienced, nor heard of, a single tech issue. Thats pretty amazing. On top of this, there is SO much you can do with the system, I dont know what type of company couldnt work with them!! What do you dislike about 800.com? Honestly, I dont have any complaints. "Great for new startup"
What do you like best about 800.com? 800.com gave a lot of versatility. We were able to forward our customer support number to a third party vendor, create messages, and manage call flow. It was great to use as we were opening up our customer support for our business. What do you dislike about 800.com? There wasn't a way to use the number when calling out. "Deceitful business practices"
What do you like best about 800.com? I was actually excited about using this company long term. The website, UX/UI are all clean, HOWEVER they are very deceitful and shady in their practices. What do you dislike about 800.com? They hold your numbers hostage by claiming that they are the legal registrants and holders of the account (NO OTHER "phone company" does this.)
