What do you like best about 42Signals? We debated getting an ecommerce intelligence product but on further conisderation felt that it could suit our requirements. It's user-friendly, has a good number of features on MAP, VoC, and DSA, and worked well for our brand. What do you dislike about 42Signals? We were interested in VoC and the tool met our needs. What do you like best about 42Signals? We've had issues in monitoring our products online and detecting MAP violations. 42Signals has helped us tremendously by providing timely notifications when such instances occur. Customer support is also great and the tool is fairly easy to use. What do you dislike about 42Signals? What do you like best about 42Signals? Easy access to data from multiple marketplaces that allows you to get product and competitor intelligence seamlessly. It also aids in decision making and is very easy to use. What do you dislike about 42Signals? I don't see it as a big issue, but I'd like more interactive graphs to visualize the data.
