I had problems with it changing from a trial to paid version, unable to log on and they lost all items listed in that period and that was many hours of work. So far I have received excellent support from 3dCart, and they have met all my needs to this point. As the business grows, 3dCart will be able to meet my future needs as well.

What do you like best? Able to capture and set automated order to ship monthly, quarterly or yearly What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It has an excellent UI. It lets users add in products, effectively organize product pages, manipulate images, and organize other aspects to your site. It comes with full integration and offers plenty of ecommerce tools for payment, shipping, and others. 3dcard is packed with little learning curve, and a helpful support community. Put some time aside to setup and manage!

I would have to say it is average and only 3 stars only because of the time you have to spend coding or hiring someone to code the site for you. They do offer a variety of features but some require extra payment for add-ons. Definitely, different from Shopify and Woocommerce but with a lot more work. It's good for large online retail but startups would probably do better with a much easier to set up and manage eCommerce site than 3dcart. I use 3dcart for one site and Shopify for another.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Very flexible. The tool is so easy to fire up and use. Its templates are highly responsive and has that modern appearance. Customer service has been prompt and a big help. They'll do what they can to ensure you're making the most of their tool. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There's nothing much to hate with this tool. Some of its features are something that I don't consider as standard. For instance, its color ...
